Our Services in Germany

We don't stop at the visa — our in-country team supports you from the moment you land.

Complete Support After You Land

Global Heaven Overseas provides complete guidance from admission to arrival — and well beyond. Our in-country network helps you settle into German life from day one, so you never feel alone in a new country.

Airport Pickup

The very first challenge in a new country is getting from the airport to your accommodation. Our team arranges a pickup from the German airport straight to the place booked for your stay, so your journey ends safely and stress-free.

Accommodation

Finding a place to live is the hardest part of moving to Germany. We help you shortlist and secure student dormitories, shared flats (WG) or private studios before you fly, and verify every listing so you never fall for a rental scam.

  • Student dormitories (Studentenwerk): €250–€450 per month
  • Shared flats (WG): €350–€600 per month
  • Private studios: €500–€900 depending on the city
  • Proof of address arranged for your city registration

Health Insurance

Health insurance is mandatory in Germany — irrespective of the purpose you arrived for. We help you activate the right public student policy (TK, AOK, Barmer) at roughly €120–€130 per month, and generate the confirmation your university and residence permit require.

City Registration (Anmeldung) & Bank Account

Within your first weeks you must register your address (Anmeldung) and open a German bank account. We guide you through both — including activating your blocked account — so your finances and paperwork are sorted quickly.

Visa Extension

Your initial student visa needs to be converted into a residence permit and later extended. Our team manages the visa-extension procedure for enrolled students so your legal status is never at risk.

Forex Assistance

Handling a new currency and exchange rules is confusing at first. We provide forex guidance and best-rate money-transfer solutions so you always get value when moving funds between India and Germany.

University & City Tours

Settling in is easier when you know your surroundings. We arrange guided tours of your university and the city around it, so you quickly find your campus, transport, shops and student spots.

Part-Time & Full-Time Job Assistance

Students may work 140 full days or 280 half days per year, typically earning €12–€17 per hour. We help you find part-time (Werkstudent) roles during study and support your full-time job search after graduation.

EU Blue Card Assistance

After graduating and finding qualified work, the EU Blue Card is your path to staying and settling in Germany. We help you secure the work authorisation and documentation needed to remain employed and move toward permanent residency.

DAAD & Scholarship Support

Scholarships can significantly reduce your costs. We guide you through DAAD — Germany's flagship government scholarship for international students — as well as Deutschlandstipendium and university-specific awards, and track every deadline for you.

Pre-Departure Shopping Guidance

Some things are cheaper or easier to bring from home. We give you a recommended shopping checklist of items to buy before you leave, so you arrive prepared for German weather and daily life.

Local SIM & Everyday Setup

We arrange a German SIM so your phone works the moment you land, and help with the small but essential steps — public transport tickets, university enrolment and semester registration — that get your student life started.
